Your role as Senior Payment Infrastructure Expert

• Ensure the highest quality of card payment processes: You and the team select and implement innovative technologies and continually explore opportunities to enhance the IT infrastructure.
• Seamlessly integrate card payment processing systems with back-office systems: Through technical projects, you manage the acceptance of Q8 cards on third-party networks – and vice versa – acting as the link to terminal and authorization hosting providers.
• Analyze business needs: Along with your team, you explore new payment or infrastructure technologies and strive for continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Support and knowledge sharing: In your role, you work closely with various internal and external partners and suppliers, both on a technical and strategic level. Operationally, you provide support and share your expertise as needed.
• IT network activities: You ensure that all IT network activities have minimal impact on business operations.

Does this sound like you?    

• You hold a bachelor’s degree (in IT, business, or related fields).
• You have significant and relevant experience in end-to-end payment processes, ideally in the fuel industry (IFSF protocol).
• You are familiar with ISO8583, ISO20022; payment processors, payment gateways; Mifare Desfire, EMV cards; TCP/IP, NAT, IPSec VPNs, and MPLS networks; CNA/CCNP/JNCIA/JNCIS/Sarian OS certification; POS/cashier systems.
• You are analytical and focused on continuous improvement.
• You excel in stakeholder management and coaching.
• You prioritize effectively and communicate clearly and directly.
• You write professional reports enthusiastically, supporting decision-making.
• You are flexible, accessible, and willing to travel within Europe when necessary.
• You are fluent in English.
