Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Performance Marketer with deep expertise in digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Indian market and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads for education services. This role is critical in driving our growth by attracting and converting potential students who are looking for NEET preparation and opportunities to study MBBS abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to generate high-quality leads.

• Campaign Management: Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to maximize ROI and lead quality.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the behavior, preferences, and demographics of our target audience in India, ensuring campaigns are highly targeted and relevant.

• Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies that effectively reach and engage students interested in NEET preparation and studying MBBS abroad.

• Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets to ensure maximum effectiveness and cost-efficiency of campaigns.

• A/B Testing: Perform regular A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign performance.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data and present actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts. Regularly report on KPIs, including lead acquisition cost, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and messaging across all channels.

• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in digital marketing, particularly in Google Ads and Meta Ads, to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Experience in the Indian market is essential.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in digital marketing is a plus.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in generating high-quality leads for education services, particularly in the NEET preparation or study abroad sectors.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, especially in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
