Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead project planning and scheduling as part of our KBR Pluto project team based in Perth. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise and the ability to manage complex schedules in a high-pressure environment. Position is on a contract basis with potential for permanency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated schedules in Primavera P6.
• Ensure resource and quantity loading is accurate and optimized.
• Conduct schedule monitoring and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and explore scenario planning for better decision-making.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project timelines.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 10 years + of experience in project planning and scheduling within the Australian construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, with experience in resource and quantity management.
• Familiarity with schedule risk and scenario analysis tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
