Required Skills

• Over 18 years of extensive experience in aerospace, engineering, or related technical fields (or 15+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Demonstrable success in managing intricate technical programs, particularly in the space industry.
• In-depth knowledge of space systems, technologies, and communication protocols (optical or RF).
• Proficiency in navigating government contracts is a valued asset.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

• Capability to excel in a dynamic environment while effectively juggling multiple priorities.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a government security clearance are mandatory.
