Overview Of Role

Allied Global Marketing’s Brand Experience team is in search of a Senior Producer who has extensive experience in managing and executing experiential events such as festivals, pop-ups, stunts, tours, and installations. The ideal candidate must have a substantial track record of delivering impactful and successful brand experiences that captivate and engage audiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and lead a diverse array of experiential programs, working closely with clients and synchronizing efforts with the Allied Brand Experience leadership team to ensure seamless execution and success.

As a Senior Producer, your responsibilities will encompass serving as the key operational lead on projects, necessitating close coordination with the VP of Creative, Creative Director, 3D + 2D Designers, Production Managers, and Account Leads. Your leadership will be critical in overseeing the meticulous development and flawless execution of creative experiences and activations from conception through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute large, multi-channel projects with creative and strategic objectives
• Manage teams that may include Producer(s), AP(s), PA(s), interns and/or other specialists or freelancers
• Flawless, clear and consistent communication internally as well as external client /partner management
• Proactively and clearly explain / educate clients on: team roles and responsibilities, scope, deliverables, budget, schedules and program status
• Adept at ensuring a project stays on strategy and meeting client’s KPIs and priorities, while keeping the details of a project on track
• Actively contribute to the conceptual, creative and strategic development of programs
• Work intimately with design throughout the design development, budgeting, feasibility vetting and build phases of a project
• Prepared with solutions when escalating/discussing a situation with supervisors, clients and partners
• Manage events with live show/programming and technical elements with limited supervision (i.e. awards show, panels and summits requiring show/script development, tech teams and stage/show management)
• Has experience working with technical vendors, fabricators, specialists and artists throughout the country
• Work with VP on project assignments for team members
• Guide team development by building skill set, exposure to new projects/ challenges and providing ongoing constructive feedback to help support career growth
• Successfully balance active producing responsibilities with day to day management and guidance of all direct reports on teams and projects
• Ensure departmental reports follow and adhere to established processes during all phases of a project: from kickoff, pre-production, production, execution and wrap/close
• Nurture individual producing styles while maintaining and enforcing AGM’s consistent approach and process
• Work with VP to grow departmental vendor and freelance talent pools/relationships

Location

• This position is remote, with an expectation to work from an Allied Global Marketing (NYC/LA) office if/when needed. This position requires on-site hours and travel for site visits and event production.

• This position is eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to eligible employees of Allied Global Marketing , including medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability , and life insurance , 401k plan, and Flexible PTO. In addition, we offer 10 company paid holidays.
• The annual salary range for this full-time role is $100,000-$105,000.
