We invite you to become an integral part of our expanding data and analytics (D&A) business unit as a Senior Manager of Product and Delivery Enablement, focusing on the auto finance sector. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the execution of meaningful product enhancements, necessitating extensive collaboration with teams across customer success, data science, and beyond. Your leadership will directly influence the daily operations of our SaaS solutions for auto finance clients, leveraging your expertise in product management and customer success to drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to auto finance clients, guiding them on how to optimize the value of our products in alignment with their business objectives.
• Facilitate comprehensive training sessions to onboard clients to new delivery platforms, ensuring they are well-versed in product features and best practices.
• Develop and oversee product roadmaps that guide the evolution of our data offerings, tailored to the distinct requirements of the auto finance landscape.
• Gather, prioritize, and integrate client feedback regarding their data needs and product usability, ensuring these insights drive the product development process.
• Lead the formulation and implementation of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
• Conduct thorough competitive analysis and market research within the auto finance sector to inform strategic product decisions.

Required Skills

• Strong background in data analytics within the SaaS environment, with proficiency in MS Excel and large datasets.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, and SQL is preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities coupled with robust data analysis and communication skills.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing environments while maintaining effectiveness under pressure.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA is advantageous).
• In-depth experience in the auto finance industry.
• Proven expertise in SaaS customer success, particularly in client-facing roles where you served as a subject matter expert.
• Strong experience in SaaS product ownership, including the ability to prioritize features and collaborate with technical teams to achieve business objectives.
• Leadership experience, particularly in talent management and development, is preferred.
