What will you do in the role?

In this role, you will drive the design of the servicing side of our business, including research, conceptualisation, testing and design delivery. As part of the design team, you will also take part in shaping the design culture and processes so that we can grow together as a team.

What are some of the responsibilities of this role?

• Discover insights about our customers through interviews, surveys, UX metrics analysis or other methods
• Design solutions to identified problems, followed by continuous improvement to maximise business impacts
• Collaborate with Product Managers on defining and scoping upcoming projects, roadmaps & product visions
• Create development-ready user interfaces & documentation, and subsequently work with the tech team to implement the solution
• Work together with other designers to refine, maintain and expand our design system and maintain a level of design consistency and coherence across products
• Own and drive improvement of a specific area of a design process that can benefit the design function as a whole
• Raise the organisation’s UX maturity through mentoring other designers and educating stakeholders

Qualifications and experience:

• 8+ years experience designing digital experiences across multiple platforms
• A portfolio demonstrating your work and its business impacts
• Ability to explain design solutions to non-designers and subsequently respond to their feedback
• Capable of handling various aspects of design, such as user research, UI design, and UX writing.
• Experience conducting remote user research such as interface testing, usability testing, surveys and presenting findings to required team members and stakeholders.
• Experience working remotely with a culturally diverse, cross-functional remote team is beneficial.
• Previous experience in financial product is preferred
