We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in UI/UX design for both mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, showcasing proficiency in creating user-centric designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. You will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final designs.
Create intuitive and user-friendly designs for mobile and web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to ensure design alignment with business goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Ensure consistency and quality of designs across all platforms.
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design work.

Key Requirements:

6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for mobile and web applications.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Proven experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs.
A solid portfolio showcasing your design expertise in mobile and web applications.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
