What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and drive product design direction, contributing to both product and design strategy.
• Lead end-to-end design projects, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless, high-quality implementations.
• Brainstorm and deliver innovative features and improvements that ship fast and make an impact.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and stunning high-fidelity visuals that bring features to life.
• Help build a design-centric culture by contributing to early processes and standards.
• Conduct research to stay ahead of competitors and leverage cutting-edge design principles.

What You’ll Need:

• A passion for design and solving complex UX, UI, and interaction challenges.
• A portfolio showcasing best-in-class product designs within fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading projects from inception, with a keen eye for interaction design.
• Strong skills in prototyping, design systems, and understanding the technical side of design decisions.
• A knack for problem-solving and a love for tackling new challenges.

Nice to Have:

• Some experience in programming and coding simple prototypes.
• Familiarity with crypto, gaming, or sports.
• Experience with multi-territory and product-based businesses.
