About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Mangomint, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional user experiences and intuitive solutions that directly impact our product’s success. Collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers, you’ll turn ideas into beautiful, functional, easy-to-use features that our users will love.

The Senior Product Designer role requires deep UI/UX expertise, a strong understanding of design systems, and the ability to contribute strategically to product development and growth initiatives. If you’re a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role you will:

Design high-quality, user-friendly experiences across desktop and mobile formats
Present detailed design solutions for various use cases with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives
Continuously improve existing features and take part in the development of new features from start to finish
Lead the creation and maintenance of a scalable design system
Create copy that optimizes usability of features and supports product-led growth strategies
Partake in feedback sessions to refine and test features before launch
Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and technologies

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience with Figma or similar design tools and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant skills and experience
Expertise in product design, UI, and UX, with deep knowledge of design principles
Some familiarity with CSS and interaction design
Ego-free with a positive, adaptable, and flexible attitude
Strong time management, communication skills, and openness to feedback
Empathy and ability to understand on user’s needs and emotions
