As a Senior Designer at Go1, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting beautiful, functional, and engaging learning experiences. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about working on diverse projects.

Here’s a Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll lead the design process for one of Go1’s products, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and a delightful user experience for our three target personas, Managers, Learners and Creators.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to create and iterate on designs from concept to delivery.
• Contribute to and evolve our Design System, which we’re currently rebuilding from scratch!
• Collaborate with the branding and marketing teams to ensure all external-facing assets align with Go1’s visual identity.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance, and feedback, whilst fostering an environment of continuous learning.

What Will Make Us Excited About You

• 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and business outcomes (applications without an attached portfolio will not be considered).
• Experience with web-based design systems (Storybook, React).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
• Passionate about learning, innovation, and keeping up with the latest design trends.
