Job Description

Our product team is at the heart of what we do. As a senior member of the product team, you will influence our direction and decision-making. You will have the opportunity to manage and deliver significant new features and applications, developing a ground-breaking Enterprise Marketplace Platform, and industry-leading automated curation, insights, analytics, and reporting capabilities. Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, product, and teams across the organization to create intuitive and impactful user experiences
• Translate requirements and deliver wireframes, task flows, specifications, prototype, visual designs that are practical yet push boundaries
• Leverage modern web technologies to define innovative user interfaces and interaction models that result in improved user productivity and operational efficiency
• Understand and employ best practices for interaction design, usability, and supporting technologies
• Engage users, customers and stakeholders through Design Thinking techniques

Required Qualifications

• Proven commercial track record of Visual Design experience (with a portfolio to match)
• Process focused with the ability to explain ideas and show your working
• Experience designing for responsive web and an understanding of the technology behind it (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience conducting and applying user research to guide design decisions
• Interest in working with and expanding a design system
• Ability to coordinate people, track user stories, and design deliverables
• Ability to engender trust and respect of peers and stakeholders
• Highly proficient in user journey mapping, information architecture and communicating user flows
• Comfortable and fluent communicator with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders
