About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Mangomint, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional user experiences and intuitive solutions that directly impact our product’s success. Collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers, you’ll turn ideas into beautiful, functional, easy-to-use features that our users will love.

The Senior Product Designer role requires deep UI/UX expertise, a strong understanding of design systems, and the ability to contribute strategically to product development and growth initiatives. If you’re a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role you will:

• Design high-quality, user-friendly experiences across desktop and mobile formats
• Present detailed design solutions for various use cases with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives
• Continuously improve existing features and take part in the development of new features from start to finish
• Lead the creation and maintenance of a scalable design system
• Create copy that optimizes usability of features and supports product-led growth strategies
• Partake in feedback sessions to refine and test features before launch
• Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and technologies

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience with Figma or similar design tools and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant skills and experience
• Expertise in product design, UI, and UX, with deep knowledge of design principles
• Some familiarity with CSS and interaction design
• Ego-free with a positive, adaptable, and flexible attitude
• Strong time management, communication skills, and openness to feedback
• Empathy and ability to understand on user’s needs and emotions

Compensation Range: $115K – $130K
