About The Role

Beamer/Userflow is seeking a dynamic Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and interface of our products. You will bring excitement and expertise to our self-serve product strategy, creating engaging experiences for our customers and driving impactful change in our all-in-one PLG toolkit.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design projects from creation to execution, ensuring they deliver customer value and outcomes.
• Contribute to developing design strategies that align with company goals and user needs.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive and user-centered design solutions.
• Develop and maintain robust design systems and processes to support team growth and efficiency.
• Conduct user research to inform product roadmap decisions based on user needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of UX/UI principles and methodologies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate design solutions into the product roadmap.
• Communicate design concepts effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, using strong storytelling skills.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UI/UX, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing large-scale self-serve SaaS products.
• Expertise in end-to-end UX/product design with a focus on impactful solutions for complex problems.
• Experience in facilitating Design Thinking workshops and conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Passion for storytelling, with the ability to articulate design direction compellingly.
• Meticulous attention to detail in design reviews, including interaction, visual design, and UX copy.
• Skill in balancing diverse stakeholder perspectives while adhering to core design principles.
• Ability to align customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and front-end development principles for effective collaboration with developers.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools like Figma, Miro, and Sketch.
