Senior Product Designer (Remote)

Job Summary: The Senior Product Designer at Lumofy will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that enhance the performance management experience. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop engaging and effective performance management products from concept through execution, with an emphasis on usability and accessibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 – Conduct targeted user research to gain deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points, directly informing design decisions for rapid iteration.

 – Structure and organize product content to optimize navigation, making the user experience seamless and intuitive.

 – Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to communicate product concepts.

– Design visually compelling interfaces, ensuring each interaction—buttons, forms, navigation—is intuitive and engaging.

– Guarantee a consistent and accessible experience across devices, adhering to accessibility best practices.

– Develop and uphold a design system to maintain visual harmony and functionality across the product.

– Regularly conduct usability tests to validate and refine designs based on real user feedback and metrics.

– Map and optimize user journeys to enhance the overall experience from onboarding through feature use.

– Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design outcomes with product goals.

– Embrace an agile approach, iterating quickly based on user insights and market shifts.

– Engage with all documentation thoroughly to implement with precision and efficiency, ensuring tasks are accurately executed.

– Demonstrate a proactive approach to staying updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge to foster team growth.

* Technical Skills:

 – Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.

 – Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

 – Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.

 – Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles.

 – Experience working with design systems and creating design libraries.
