Position Summary

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually compelling, and functional designs for our mobile and web applications. Your work will directly impact the learning experience of tens of thousands of medical students and doctors nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, including wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless user experience and define the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for our products
• Understand and incorporate complex requirements and user feedback into design decisions, and iterate through solutions using both qualitative and quantitative data.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong experience in user-centered iterative design, using qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions.
• Proven experience designing consumer-facing mobile and web applications.
• Experience in designing interactive learning products is a significant advantage. Other experience in edtech is also appreciated.
• Experience participating in or leading user research sessions.
• The ability to explain your work, process, and decisions and seek feedback to help you produce your best work.
• A robust portfolio showcasing your problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
• Expertise in Figma and other design tools.

Salary Range

$150,000 – $170,000 annual
