Job Details

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
• A portfolio showcasing excellent design proficiency with a strong aesthetic and visual design sense.
• Expertise in design software such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments (Web, SaaS, Fintech).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
• Experience with a variety of design tools including Native and Figma.
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious; an understanding of how to create simple user interfaces for complex design problems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
