Key Responsibilities
- Champion the entire buyer experience for high-net-worth individuals on our digital platforms, advocating for an experience that embodies luxury and sophistication.
- Take full ownership of creating and executing a seamless, high-touch buyer journey that aligns with the expectations of our discerning clientele.
- Leverage your expertise in SEO and growth strategies to enhance site content and structure, thereby increasing organic traffic and elevating our brand’s visibility.
- Innovate and refine product features and site experiences to captivate high-net-worth individuals, ensuring every stage from discovery to purchase is exceptional and results in high-quality lead conversion.
- Analyze customer behavior and conversion metrics, developing and tracking KPIs to inform an enriched product roadmap while sharing insights with key stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across product design, software development, sales, and marketing teams to deliver top-tier product solutions, utilizing data-driven storytelling to align and inspire.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience managing the end-to-end buyer experience, particularly in luxury markets, and driving lead conversion through effective SEO and growth strategies.
- Strong empathy and intuition to guide product strategies that resonate with affluent buyers.
- In-depth knowledge of conversion optimization and engagement tactics tailored for a luxury audience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in consumer product development, encompassing roles in product management or software engineering.
