Position Summary

We are in search of a proactive and results-driven Senior Product Manager for our Electronic Information Management (EIM) team. This pivotal role involves leading the vision, strategy, and development of our product offerings tailored for both SaaS and on-premise deployments. You will engage closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure our solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver significant value to our customers. This position provides the flexibility of remote or hybrid working arrangements (2-3 days in the office required) from our headquarters in Peachtree Corners, GA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the product vision, strategy, and development for information management solutions, partnering with senior management to formulate product plans and roadmaps.
  • Proactively identify and advance new horizontal technologies.
  • Conduct market analysis to gather requirements for current and future features through continuous dialogue with customers and thorough market research.
  • Tailor and enhance customer-facing content to bolster sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and events, including webinars and digital outreach.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine requirements, concepts, and designs, actively participating in product demonstrations to ensure clarity and effective implementation of features.
  • Evaluate product development sprints, assessing outcomes to keep deliverables on schedule and swiftly address any challenges.
  • Cultivate an in-depth understanding of both internal and external customer segments to inform product and partnership strategies.
  • Ensure compliance of products with regulatory and contractual standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on information management products during sales calls.
  • Represent the organization at key industry events as needed, with occasional travel involved.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Technology or Business-related discipline is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise technology product management, particularly in electronic information management or related fields.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional influencing and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Proficient in Agile development methodologies.
  • Proven history of successfully managing large, complex projects, breaking them down into achievable tasks.
  • Superior project management skills, demonstrating the ability to coordinate multiple teams and deliver products punctually.
  • Excellent presentation skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences effectively.
  • A creative mindset focused on product innovation and developing effective solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a proactive attitude and a sense of urgency.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication abilities, inspiring others through communication.
  • A collaborative team player with a solid record of taking initiative and owning responsibilities.
  • Experience in implementing enterprise information management best practices.
  • Familiarity with the consumer lending process and previous banking experience is advantageous.
