What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for growing the existing product and scaling it globally
- Develop innovative products to delight Sellers and drive large scale improvements in the business
- Lead investment, prioritization, and trade-off discussions
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop detailed product requirements and manage project milestones
- Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand Customer and Seller needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
