Senior Product Manager Npp And Debit Cards | Great Southern Bank | Australia

As our highly valued Senior Product Manager NPP and Debit Cards based in Brisbane, you will have a strong understanding of Consumer Card Product’s P&L, Operations, Risk, Finance and Legal including the regulatory considerations. Your role will encompass Product Strategy, Customer Experience and the Products’ Financial Performance. You will be highly passionate about Customer Experience; do our Products fit the market and how Customers can be acquired, engaged and retained.

You’re part of the Chief Customer Office. Or CCO as we like to call it. We’re a customer-obsessed division, committed to helping all Australians own their own home. Together with our cross divisional partners, we manage the entire customer experience. From attracting new customers through our strong brand and clever propositions, to retaining them and making them brand advocates through our award-winning service and support.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Leading the development of the Confirmation of Payee roll out which is a key part of our response to SCAM Accord.
• Taking full ownership of Debit card solutions, incorporating all facets of product governance lifecycle from concept through to delivery and post launch product optimisation.
• Development and maintenance of the policy and standards supporting the debit card portfolio.
• Lead material projects and change transformation initiatives for the debit card portfolio.

Do things differently with us

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of product development Retail Banking Products, ideally Debit Cards Issuing, although Credit Cards, Loans, Deposits and Payments will be considered.
• Tertiary qualifications (marketing/business degree)
