Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the integration and partnership strategy to enhance customer workflows, thereby increasing loyalty and satisfaction.

• Strengthen connections with sales and property management systems, as well as data enhancement offerings, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Directly influence customer outcomes and contribute to the sustained success of our business.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in modern product management with a proactive attitude to tackle challenges.
• Expertise in building software products with an API-first methodology.
• Ability to devise and implement customer-centric product strategies while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing risks and constructing well-structured, data-driven arguments.
• Exceptional storytelling capabilities to advocate for value-driven solutions.
• Skilled in facilitating cross-disciplinary sessions, including story mapping and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in technology-focused roles.
• In-depth knowledge of modern product discovery and delivery methodologies.
• Proven track record of navigating diverse business functions, including Engineering, Design, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Strong relationship-building skills with engineers, designers, and organizational leaders.
