Senior Product Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze trends in brokerage and financial services
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Collect and prioritize requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Work with engineering and design teams on feature development
• Communicate with clients, handle their questions, and gather feedback on the product
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to improve the product
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions for clients and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 3+ years proven experience as a Product Manager with success in launching and scaling financial solutions
• Experience with CFD projects and knowledge of SAFe methodology; experience with referral programs in CFD trading
• Hands-on experience with affiliate systems
• English С1+, Russian B2+ or native

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with MT or cTrader brokers
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Knowledge of microservices, orchestration, and data streaming tools (Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, NATS)
• Experience with gRPC API testing
• Knowledge of Go
• Experience with load testing tools like Gatling or K6
