Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive product lifecycle, ensuring ongoing alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and sustain a detailed product roadmap, securing stakeholder buy-in and continuously updating it to reflect strategic priorities.
- Maintain a well-defined, prioritized backlog containing actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Create thorough Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to facilitate efficient engineering and design execution.
- Establish success metrics, monitor product performance, and communicate insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, consistent APIs that align with product objectives.
- Partner with marketing teams to formulate product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure products are compliant with PCI, CCPA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
- Publish and maintain competitive analysis reports to propel innovation and strategic decision-making.
- Work alongside designers to develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
- Over 7 years of experience in Product Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable expertise in requirements management, product ideation, and PRD creation.
- Profound understanding of API technologies and SaaS frameworks.
- Experience with developer portals, REST, GraphQL, JSON, and SOAP.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and environments such as PCI and CCPA.
- A background in the payments sector is advantageous.

Salary Information
Salary Range: (150,000 – )180,000/year, contingent upon location, experience, and qualifications.
