  • evelop relationships with customers (external and internal), gather and understand their feedback on existing products and unmet needs, conduct effective interviews to better understand the context, pressures, and complete understanding of the problems they need to solve. Using this data and acquired intuition to plan, prioritize and scope our products to deliver the right solutions.O
  • wn and drive the product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and launch.D
  • evelop communications material, value propositions, and high-level strategic justification to help explain the why of your product both internally and externally.A

  • wn requirements definition by hosting internal and external discovery sessions,  create BRD (business requirement documents) including user stories, business process diagrams, functional and non-functional requirements, for incoming product requests and future products.W
  • ork closely with Engineering and QA teams to assign and prioritize features in every release.D

  • artner with our Sr. Manager of Software Engineering to organize work through a mixture of scrum, agile, lean, and balance traditional waterfall methods, ensuring product releases meet deadlines.B

  • ork with the Product Design Team to identify detailed business requirements to support our product roadmap and customer requests within the scope of prioritized initiatives.D
  • evelop comprehensive functional specification documents, configuration designs, use cases, test conditions, test scripts, and training documentation to support the successful product development initiatives.A
  • nalyze existing functional and non-functional business requirements to create technical designs, data models, use cases, supportive analytics, gap analysis, project impact estimations, and deliver efficient enterprise application solutions for both standard and custom configurations.S
  • tay up-to-date on industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for the product roadmap.Q

UALIFICATIONS3

  • + years of experience working as a Product Manager, overseeing an R&D team, including BA, UX, Tech Arch, CS, and more.8
  • + years experience working as a Business Analyst, producing detailed BRDs, including user stories, flow diagrams, and more.2
  • + years experience working as a Scrum Master, managing a standard agile process including sprint grooming, ticket prioritization, daily standup, velocity tracking (burn down chart), and more.A
  • bility to display sound judgment and accomplish goals.A
  • ble to communicate with various stakeholders from sales, customer success, engineering, and executives, who sometimes have conflicting opinions.A
  • ble to meet product release deadlines, necessary to coordinate a successful launch cross-department with sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams.E
  • xcellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.M
  • ust be an expert Product Manager and highly skilled at keeping your team motivated and focused on the highest priorities.  S
