Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Formulating and articulating a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure a seamless product development process and successful go-to-market strategies.
- Managing the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing iterations.
- Prioritizing product features and initiatives based on market insights, customer feedback, and overall business impact.
- Acting as the key product liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to gather feedback and present product updates.
- Overseeing financial and operational management, making strategic decisions to maximize ROI and uncovering opportunities for efficiency improvements within the product portfolio.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Profound understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Capacity to analyze complex data and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Exceptional project management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- (Preferred) Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Aha! is advantageous.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in product budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred (considering equivalent experience in lieu of a degree).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant product management experience.
- A proven track record of successfully developing and implementing product strategies in dynamic, high-growth environments.
