Bubble PPM is a large, complex and data-driven platform which is continually evolving and iterating to meet the needs of our global, expanding customer base. As part of this continuing product evolution, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.

The Senior Product Manager will work between the commercial and engineering teams to capture future product requirements and distil them into detailed user stories and tasks for feature development. You will own the product roadmap and work closely with the senior leadership team to strategically prioritise product enhancements.

Key responsibilities:

• Refine and maintain the product vision, ensuring it is aligned with company objectives and is informed by internal stakeholders, customer needs and industry best practices.
• Own the product roadmap. Work with customers, account managers, the support and engineering team, and senior leaders to prioritise product enhancements and development work.
• Collaborate with technical teams to write clear, concise, and actionable requirements in Jira, ensuring tickets are well-defined, complete, aligned with product goals and engineering ready.
• Work closely with the engineering team to oversee the timely delivery of development work, and ensure they’re empowered to deliver high quality work in an efficient manner.
• Help to improve and develop internal processes to optimise for efficiency.

Your experience:

• 5+ years of product management and product owner experience.
• Significant experience with Project and Portfolio Management / Work Management software platforms, and deep understanding of the competitive landscape and customer base.
• Experience delivering highly complex enterprise SaaS products from inception to launch.
• Successfully delivered an outstanding user experience with high-scale platforms.
• Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), critical path, dependencies, and frequent product releases.
• Data-driven mentality with a focus on metrics and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical degree, or equivalent experience working with engineers to make product decisions on behalf of customers.
