GALE Pacific, a global leader in creating sustainable, high-quality textile products, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team.  
 
As a Senior Product Manager, you will have end-to-end ownership of our Commercial specialized textiles portfolio where you will manage the product lifecycle, and contribute to the overall success of the assigned categories 
 
This role is pivotal in developing regional product portfolio strategies, leading NPD initiatives, and executing key projects across multiple categories and distribution channels. 
 
The role 

• Develop annual strategic plans for assigned product categories and distribution channels. 
• Develop and execute strategies to drive category growth, including expanding user bases, increasing usage, and delivering customer benefits. 
• Lead the development and execution of customer and channel growth plans for the assigned categories. 
• Oversee new product and channel development programs across various channels and customers, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery. 
• Collaborate with global Product Managers to create regional and channel-specific category growth plans. 
• Gain a deep understanding of target end users and customers to inform product strategies. 
• Play an integral role in the global innovation process, managing the New Product Development (NPD) funnel for assigned categories. 
• Build and execute annual category plans for the assigned categories, ensuring alignment with sales objectives. 
• Responsible for cost savings, range rationalization, and category optimization.  

The successful candidate should have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field   
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to turn strategy into actionable results 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and issues 
• Category development experience, including driving user growth and improving usage and benefits. 
• Strong project management and time management skills.
