We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for defining, leading and implementing the product strategy, roadmap and vision which will align to the product portfolio strategy and therefore the Rail Tech product goals and objectives. Although not essential, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience in both software and hardware, ideally within the rail industry.

What you will do..

This role is about creating best practice and then ensuring it is used across the product, creating a market leading suite of capabilities with a clear vision, which can be decoupled to enable a flexible and cost effective go to market deployment approach. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be expected to guide and support junior product team members to implement industry best practice and serve as a product management leader.

As part of this role there will be client interaction in a consultative, 360 feedback, and sales support capacity to ensure that clients are ready to take full advantage of the products we are supplying to them. The role is also responsible for ensuring sales enablement for establishing the best sales proposition for the products . The Senior Product Manager is expected to identify product management process and procedure shortcomings and implement improvements with minimal oversight.

Who you’ll be..

• Knowledge of SaaS/ software and Hardware products.
• Product Management experience
• Experience leading on Product Strategy and product management best practices.
• Rail or transport industry experience is helpful, but not necessary.
