Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Description:

Must Haves:

• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of product management experience in the finance space, with at least 5 years focused on projects within the airline industry.
• Expertise: Proven track record of working on Flight Profitability System projects for airline companies.
• Skills: Strong understanding of financial principles, product management methodologies, and airline operations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Description:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap for the Flight Profitability System, aligning it with the company’s strategic goals and market demands.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with airline clients, finance teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and prioritize features.
• Product Development: Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the airline and finance sectors.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the Flight Profitability System, making data-driven decisions to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $140,000 – $150,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
