What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide strategic vision and direction to the engineering team throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop clear product and feature scope, and product requirements to define priorities and expected outcomes
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure efficient workflow aligned with business value
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed on product status and lead product release plans
• Research market trends, user needs, and competitors to inform product requirements and drive business strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2-5 years of experience in Technical Product Management or related roles
• Familiarity with Product Management tools (e.g., Aha!, Jira)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in team settings
• Experience with Agile practices and principles

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience managing or building platform shared services supporting functions such as Tenant Management and Configuration Management
• Managing or building enterprise SaaS healthcare software products
• Delivering software in a regulated environment
