As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for continuing our strong product-led growth by shaping customer-centric solutions and being an advocate for outcome-based thinking. You will be part of a smart & motivated team building e-commerce apps used by more than 150 million people worldwide every month.

About The Role

More than 30,000 merchants are relying on Vitals to increase their success in selling online.

Being an “all-in-one” solution, we provide 40+ apps with a single subscription. This results in a competitive advantage: having a single set of well-integrated, optimized apps. However, this also comes with a challenge: prioritizing our resources across all the apps to be able to go head-to-head with single-purpose apps.

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Work on strategy together with the leadership team that answers the question of how we’ll achieve our vision.
• Break down complex topics and prioritize them in line with the strategy.
• Shape solutions that have a clear outcome and are defined at just the right level of granularity.
• Analyze & continuously improve our data stack. We use Metabase and Google Analytics.
• Run weekly Customer Interviews.
• Evangelize customer-first, outcome-based thinking.

What your future role does not include:

• You won’t need to organize delivery. We work with Shape Up by Basecamp, engineering owns delivery (the “How”) so that product can focus on the “Why” and “What”.
• You won’t need to write user stories.
• You won’t need to act as a Scrum Master.
• You won’t need to come up with vanity metrics to please a board or external shareholders.

Your Profile

• You have a proven track record acting as a Product Manager of a digital product and working in cross-functional teams.
• 
  Experience in e-commerce is a big plus, especially within the Shopify ecosystem.
• You are comfortable working with quantitative data (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., user feedback) to inform product prioritization.
• You’re proud of taking ownership, regardless of the size of the work at hand. You’re comfortable breaking down big topics and handling uncertainty, while also taking care of operational tasks.
• Thinking in tradeoffs comes natural to you. You always make your assumptions explicit.
• You enjoy creating documents that are easy to read and have a clear purpose. Good news: we use Notion 🙂
• You love to help others develop product thinking.
