Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed on current trends and challenges in testing, medical education, and assessment for learning, sharing insights with the team and mentoring others to convert knowledge into actionable strategies.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and enhancements in assessment.
- Deliver well-structured and engaging presentations about our products and initiatives.
- Execute program plans in accordance with established roadmaps, contracts, and essential milestones, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Communicate and oversee product specifications, including roadmaps, project documentation, budgets, and contracts.
- Maximize resource and budget efficiency to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Strategically plan, document, and execute projects in alignment with overarching initiatives.
- Develop and uphold best practice protocols and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in launching new products or implementing significant updates to existing ones, including market research, pilot testing, and the coordination of Agile processes.
- Background in managing vendor and partner relationships.
- Strategic and technical product management expertise, preferably within healthcare, medical education, or assessment sectors.
- Strong collaborative abilities for engaging with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership skills, critical thinking, and proficiency in conflict management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in project planning tools and budget management.
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Comprehensive understanding of testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in program or product management is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while a relevant master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Product management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute) is advantageous but not essential.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is (108,838 to )136,047 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on your qualifications, experience, and an internal equity review.
