Job Overview

Your ability to compose clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) will be essential in facilitating a unified vision across teams regarding each product feature.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
• Develop and update the product roadmap, securing stakeholder alignment with strategic objectives.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of actionable user stories with explicit acceptance criteria.
• Create in-depth Product Requirement Documents that guide engineering and design efforts.
• Analyze product performance against established metrics and share insights with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to devise effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including PCI and other relevant guidelines.
• Stay informed on industry trends to identify potential opportunities for innovation.
• Produce detailed competitive analysis reports to highlight areas for improvement.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in crafting PRDs and managing product backlogs while aligning with business objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of payment technologies, including gateways and transaction workflows.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and industry standards, including tokenization and authentication protocols.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Capacity to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is advantageous.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management is required.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Product Owner with a solid track record in payment solutions.
• Knowledge of chargeback management and interactions with acquirers and issuers is essential.

The base salary for this role ranges from (150,000 to )180,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including:
