Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to delineate and refine the product vision and strategic roadmap for the Accounting product.
• Cultivate expertise in the legal sector and its distinct challenges, ensuring effective communication of solutions that deliver measurable value to our clients.
• Engage closely with customers and go-to-market teams to ensure our products address real-world challenges, centering on comprehensive solutions rather than mere software offerings.
• Execute market research to uncover customer requirements, identify growth prospects, and capture trends that can drive product adoption.
• Maintain an organized and prioritized product backlog to facilitate efficient product delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely releases and seamless product rollouts.
• Collect and analyze user feedback through testing and data insights to drive continuous product enhancement.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Develop training materials and documentation that support customer success, sales, and internal initiatives.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary finance and accounting practices, including general accounting standards and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
