Job Overview
This is a remarkable opportunity for a Senior Product Marketing Manager in a flexible remote environment with a 4-day workweek. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in developing comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging analytics, and crafting a holistic marketing plan that aligns with our company’s vision. As a critical member of our Core Team, you will lead the marketing department and mentor two team members, playing a key role in our ambitious growth journey over the next four years.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate strategies to enhance brand equity, loyalty, and visibility.
- Manage social media platforms to ensure cohesive brand representation.
- Conduct research and maintain effective social media strategies to amplify online presence.
- Lead the creation and management of engaging content for the company’s blog and newsletter.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly marketing initiatives and outputs.
- Manage the marketing budget to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Employ analytics to assess customer behavior and enhance user experience.
- Guide and oversee the marketing team, including the marketing manager and content manager.
- Participate in Core Team meetings and contribute to organizational goals.
- Investigate and recommend relevant marketing technologies and tools.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in managerial marketing within the e-commerce domain.
- Familiarity with AI and its applications in marketing is preferred.
- Strong aptitude for budget development and management.
- Proficiency in web analytics and data interpretation.
- Creative and strategic thought process.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment across various time zones.
- A proactive and enthusiastic team player.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary: (75,000 – )85,000, commensurate with experience.
- Minimum of 30 hours per week to ensure an excellent work-life balance.
- Remote work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (with flexibility).
- Occasional overnight travel (1-2 times/year) for staff development.
