Purpose

As Product Marketing Manager, you will leverage a deep understanding of customers, markets, and products to create effective go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement content. Taking insights from customers, internal teams, and research, you will create messaging that spans the breadth of our marketing efforts—to drive awareness, purchase, and adoption of Rebrandly’s products and solutions. You will collaborate across product, sales, and customer success teams to position our current and future solutions and create marketing content and sales enablement programs. This role reports to our Chief Product Officer. This position will be fully remote in the Americas or Europe.

About You:

You are passionate about customer insights and skilled in building cross-functional strategies that drive revenue and identifying new features and solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable creating overall strategy and hands-on execution. You have a roll-up-your-sleeves approach and are willing to support the team and business. You’ve worked with products and offerings targeting technical audiences and developers and are used to translating complex technical concepts into compelling positioning using storytelling techniques. You’ve shipped SaaS products to tens of thousands of customers or more and are comfortable working with various customer personas – from very small businesses to large enterprises and developer communities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of Rebrandly.
  • Develop competitive insights that inform campaigns, product innovation, sales enablement, positioning, and messaging.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates.
  • Create, ideate, write, and execute product newsletters, public product changelogs, beta and launch announcements, and the publication of in-app product feature and launch messages.
  • Work closely with the Rebrandly Engineering and Product Development team on product and new feature education announcements presented to users in product and via product newsletters, public changelogs, and roadmaps.
  • Develop and partner to create solution-oriented content, including collateral, website content, videos, webinars, press releases, sales enablement content, and customer communications, to build awareness and support demand generation and sales.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Drive qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand our user base, conduct user interviews, and gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product enhancements and new features. You will be encouraged to be an active participant in product strategy decisions.
  • Formulate customer strategies and pitches by working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and customer success.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and optimize product adoption and revenue growth.

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have:

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders – both internal and external – to successfully deliver on programs and campaigns
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
