Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling content that includes website copy, email campaigns, sales presentations, and product documentation, focusing on clear and persuasive messaging.
- Support the refinement of product messaging by customizing key messages for various audiences, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Lead the formulation and implementation of go-to-market strategies for product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize market impact and user adoption.
- Create sales enablement resources such as pitch decks, FAQs, and training materials to assist the sales and customer success teams.
- Produce customer-facing documentation, guides, and FAQs, enabling customers to effectively utilize our products.
- Collaborate with product development, customer success, and marketing teams to gather insights that ensure our messaging aligns with customer needs.
- Contribute to shaping the overarching brand narrative as we introduce new offerings and explore new markets.
Required Skills
- Strong alignment with our company’s core values.
- Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) at CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a high-growth software company, with a focus on messaging, positioning, and copywriting.
- Demonstrated ability to create persuasive messaging that engages diverse audiences.
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, with a talent for simplifying complex features.
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies and executing successful product launches.
- In-depth understanding of customer personas and their respective pain points.
- Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, essential for our fully remote structure.
