Senior Product Ui Ux Designer Contract (Remote)

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join us on a 3-month contract with the potential for extension. This role is focused on redesigning our application to make it more user-friendly, intuitive, and visually compelling, while also incorporating new AI-powered features.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Redesign the Core Experience: Lead the redesign of our existing platform, enhancing usability and creating a more intuitive user experience for B2B users.
• Incorporate New Features: Design workflows and interfaces for new features, including AI-driven insights and automation, ensuring seamless integration into the platform.
• Develop Branding & Style Kits: Establish a robust branding and style kit that provides consistency across the application while reflecting the sophistication and innovation of our platform.
• Shape Design Systems: Create and maintain scalable design systems that can evolve with the product as it grows.
• Deliver High-Impact Designs: Produce UI specs in Figma and collaborate closely with cofounders and engineers to ensure seamless implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional UI/UX for SaaS platforms, B2B tools, or other data-intensive applications.
• Proficiency in Figma: Expertise in using Figma for design creation, prototyping, and collaboration is a must.
• Strong Visual and Interaction Design: Ability to create beautiful, functional designs that simplify complex workflows.
• AI Integration Experience: Familiarity with designing for AI-driven insights, personalization, and automation workflows is a strong plus.
• Branding & Style Kits: Experience developing branding kits and style guides that ensure consistency across a product.
• Customer Empathy: Passion for understanding user needs and creating experiences that address them effectively.
• Collaboration Mindset: Comfortable working closely with the cofounders and our engineers to bring designs to life.
