Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Lead the statewide teacher pipeline initiative by orchestrating efforts among various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress towards common objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with educational organizations, including the New Mexico Public Education Department and other strategic partners.
- Communication Management: Oversee all communications related to the initiative, guaranteeing clear, consistent, and effective messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
- Liaison Duties: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the seamless execution of the initiative’s goals.
- Representation: Represent the initiative at local events, conferences, and other relevant forums.
