Senior Program Manager For Educational Initiative (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead the statewide teacher pipeline initiative by orchestrating efforts among various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress towards common objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with educational organizations, including the New Mexico Public Education Department and other strategic partners.
• Communication Management: Oversee all communications related to the initiative, guaranteeing clear, consistent, and effective messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
