The Opportunity
Bring your experience and proven track record of delivering, to the Senior Program Manager ( SPM) role. This role has co- ownership of the program of work with the SPM Format Upgrades, and the opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for the successful delivery of 80-100 projects at any one time.
• Foster strong relationships with leaders across various functions, effectively communicating program delivery plans and performance updates to support teams and senior executives.
• Build the capability, ensuring we meet our safety, quality, cost and time objectives.
• Build a multiskilled team who drive projects from inception to rollout understanding both business and construction requirements.
• Ensure the teams have sufficient engagements prior to deployments and during deployment to minimise disruptions to our operation.
• Establish and maintain robust program delivery governance and processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance

What You’ll Bring

• You’ll be an experienced Program Manager with at least 3-5 years of program & people leadership experience focusing on transformation, innovation, ideally in a retail environment, with exposure to construction or logistics
• Demonstrated experience leading Leaders, building and developing capabilities at all levels within the team.
• Advanced communication and influencing skills, able to work across stakeholder groups in a large scale environment.
• Tertiary qualifications and/or professional/industry accreditation and/or relevant industry experience
• Resilience and confidence working in ambiguity, creating clarity and direction
