Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contractor overseeing the T&E Team supporting the T&E PSB
• Set IT Service Management (ITSM) strategy, lead execution, and provide thought leadership
• Maintain senior-level client relationships
• Responsible for successful completion of tasks and deliverables
• Ensure adherence to program schedules and budgets
• Support subordinate managers in managing risks across service delivery for the Government contract
• Understand MHS enterprise architecture, business processes, and policies to support legacy systems and future EHR modernization

Required Skills:

• 8+ years demonstrated professional experience in Program Management
• 3+ years health IT Project experience
• Experience with organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks for clinical systems
• Led T&E for integrated clinical applications
• Managed teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations
• Experience in agile development projects: demonstrating deep understanding of IV&V roles across waterfall, hybrid-agile, and agile methodologies
• Experience with automated test tools and DevSecOps concepts
• Experience defining and executing an IT Service Management (ITSM) program
• PMP is preferred

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Higher in IT or Engineering Field
• Clearance: Must be clearable: Previous/Active Clearances Preferred
• Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and be authorized to work for the Federal government
• Candidate must pass a background check
