Senior Program Manager Tiber Eu Framework Implementation For Dora Batch Compliance | AxiusTek | Worldwide Title – Senior Program Manager – TIBER-EU Framework Implementation for DORA Batch 2 Compliance Location – 100% Remote Notes: We need a senior Program Manager with exp in DORA Batch 2 Compliance Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of the TIBER-EU (Threat Intelligence-Based Ethical Red-teaming) framework to ensure compliance with DORA Batch 2 regulations. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with key stakeholders, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the TIBER-EU framework within the organization’s cybersecurity and operational resilience strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, threat intelligence frameworks, and program management best practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Program Leadership and Oversight o Develop and manage a comprehensive program roadmap for implementing the TIBER-EU framework aligned with DORA Batch 2 requirements. o Oversee all aspects of program execution, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and on budget. o Coordinate efforts across cybersecurity, IT, compliance, and business units to ensure alignment with regulatory goals. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration o Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external partners involved in the TIBER-EU implementation. o Facilitate workshops and discussions with key teams to identify gaps, align priorities, and define actionable solutions. 3. Risk and Compliance Management o Ensure all program deliverables align with DORA Batch 2 compliance requirements and TIBER-EU framework standards. o Monitor and mitigate risks associated with cybersecurity, operational resilience, and threat intelligence exercises. 4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting o Establish KPIs and metrics to track program progress and compliance readiness. o Provide regular updates to senior leadership, board members, and regulatory authorities on program status and outcomes. 5. Vendor and Partner Management o Engage with external vendors and ethical red-teaming providers as required for the TIBER-EU implementation. o Negotiate contracts and ensure external deliverables meet agreed standards and timelines. Required Qualifications – Bachelor s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, business administration, or a related field (Master s preferred). 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 7 years in cybersecurity or regulatory compliance. Proven, demonstrable experience in managing at least 5 prior TIBER-EU penetration testing engagements. In-depth knowledge of the TIBER-EU framework, DORA regulations, and cybersecurity best practices. Proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs within a regulated environment. Strong understanding of threat intelligence, ethical red-teaming exercises, and risk assessment methodologies. Native fluency in the English language in conjunction with superior writing and communication skills. Ability to work with colleagues & clients from several different cultures, time zones, and seniority levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Must be able to manage teams to meet strict deadlines and compliance criteria. Preferred Skills – Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. Experience working with European financial regulations, including GDPR, and similar compliance frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies used in operational resilience programs. Report this job
