Position: Programmatic Advertising Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE (Full Remote for 3-6 Months, Successful Candidate will be offered Dubai Full time)

About Us: estaie is the first global OTA for extended stays, focusing on bookings between 15-365 nights. We are transforming the booking experience with a seamless, user-friendly platform tailored to digital nomads and global citizens. As we scale globally, we seek a dynamic individual to optimize our advertising efforts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage sophisticated programmatic advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Blog Private Networks.
• Optimize ads daily to ensure maximum ROI and engagement, utilizing the latest techniques and tools.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with our Founders and Social teams to align advertising strategies with business goals.
• Create user journeys, track all ads, and utilize the best keywords for each campaign.
• Build and assist in creating the most effective advertisements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in programmatic advertising and the hospitality industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in programmatic advertising with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Blog Private Networks, and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the ability to build comprehensive user journeys.
• Background in the hospitality or booking platform industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing Google, Yandex, Microsoft Search Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and other advertising platforms.
• Ability to think outside the box and use automation to optimize advertising efforts.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize ads on a daily basis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
