Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that all critical milestones and deliverables, including charters, governance strategies, staffing plans, and issue logs, are achieved.
- Collaborate with client project managers to address any issues affecting the project scope or timeline. Provide mentorship and direction to team members.
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of the Workday product suite, including HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials, to anticipate potential challenges and drive successful project outcomes.
- Engage in the sales cycle as necessary, working alongside potential clients to gather requirements, formulate delivery strategies, and contribute to proposals or amendments.
- Advocate for the adoption of Workday best practices among clients, ensuring both intellectual understanding and practical application for optimal results.
- Oversee budget and scope management to guarantee project delivery aligns with established parameters, presenting change orders where project scope adjustments are required.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, mentoring peers and serving as a role model in project management excellence.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- In-depth technical expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials.
- Familiarity with various business domains, including Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or Services Procurement.
- Valuable experience in business development or service sales, with a balanced perspective on both functional and technical dimensions of the role.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials implementations for medium to large enterprise clients.
- Current certifications in Workday (HCM, Payroll, or Financials) are highly desirable.
- Previous consulting experience, whether as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software firm, is greatly valued.
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary Range: (125,000 to )185,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position may also qualify for a performance-based bonus.
