What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of warehouse projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Oversee the construction of new Fulfillment Centers and manage renovations and capacity improvements
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to design and optimize warehouse layouts and workflows
• Conduct time and motion studies to enhance labor utilization and reduce bottlenecks
• Communicate project updates and manage relationships with vendors and contractors

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Industrial & Factory planning
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in supply chain and warehouse construction
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement process improvement initiatives
• Experience in layout design and optimization in manufacturing and warehousing environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proficiency in design and analytical tools such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience in value engineering and best fit analysis for process development
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with internal and external partners
