Senior Project Manager Electrical Construction (Remote)

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our esteemed team and spearhead a significant underground electrical construction project in the Florida Panhandle. This role allows for the flexibility of remote work, with 3-5 days of on-site engagements required weekly for a duration of 2-3 years. As a key leader, you will oversee all facets of the project, ensuring excellence in planning, execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and manage every aspect of the project from initiation to completion.
• Formulate comprehensive plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Deliver expert advice on electrical systems and construction best practices.
• Partner closely with the construction team to guarantee adherence to project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
• Travel to the project site for meetings and inspections (3-5 days per week).

Required Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 12 years in electrical utility engineering and project management.
• Profound knowledge of electrical theory, codes, and regulations.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously and juggle multiple projects concurrently.
• A commitment to quality and a passion for the electrical industry.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in electrical utility engineering and project management.
• Strong foundation in electrical theory, codes, and regulations.
