Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects and initiatives within our dynamic environment. This role requires an individual with a strong background in financing companies, who has previously excelled in roles such as Product Owner or Business Analyst. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in managing complex projects, possesses a strategic mindset, and has excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring alignment with TeamSec’s goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, and Business Operations, to drive project success.
• Define project scope, develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage any changes to deliverables and timelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges proactively.
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and effective communication on project status, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize your experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst to support product innovation, business analysis, and project alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management within the finance sector, preferably with exposure to securitization,credit , asset management, or financial technology.
• Proven track record in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related positions within financial services.
• Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
