Senior Project Manager Healthcare (Remote)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead all aspects of project management for healthcare construction projects including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and prepare comprehensive project documentation
• Manage project resources, conduct bid analyses, and recommend contractors to clients
• Ensure project data integrity and track progress against goals, budgets, and timelines
• Assess change requests and identify project risks while developing mitigation plans

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical area of study
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare construction projects
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in MS Project or Procore
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and knowledge of construction practices
• Prior supervisory experience is required for roles with direct report responsibilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP certification (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP certification
• Experience making effective presentations on complex topics to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with contracts, leases, and healthcare-specific construction practices
