Position Summary:

Wellspring seeks a diligent and client focused professional to join our team as a project manager for our client implementation process. This role is responsible for the direction, coordination, and timely completion of the end-to-end implementation process to meet organizational goals and customer needs. You will collaborate with clients along with internal staff (technical deployment, compliance, data analysts, and customer success) during each phase of the implementation delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses effective communication and problem-solving skills, and has a robust blend of technical proficiency and customer service skills with a proven record of accomplishment in managing SaaS implementation projects.

Specific roles and responsibilities:

Overall Implementation Management: Identify necessary tasks, estimate time and resources, and stay informed of progress on internal and external tasks such as system setup, compliance requirements, 3rd party integrations, software configurations, and legacy data transitions.

Solution Consulting: Transform client use cases and needs into software operations. Comfort and proficiency in presenting and explaining software configurations and usage. Support and directly engage in software configuration and required reports while leveraging internal support teams.

Project Schedule and Budget Control: Monitor project deliverables and timelines for clients through execution of weekly work plans and communication strategies, including regular meetings, status reports, progress dashboards, and executive level progress reports. Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans and escalation strategies. Support Statement of Work creation on an as-needed basis.

Data Management: Work with internal support staff to ensure a smooth transition of legacy client data during the system implementation. Understand and lead execution of client-specific data updates or reporting requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred

Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills

Proficient in setting-up and using project and resource management tools (Monday, Mosaic, Basecamp, MS Project, Jira, etc.)

Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, modules, and best practices. Proficiency in Salesforce administration.

PMP or equivalent experience with project estimation, risk analysis, project planning documentation, and various intervention strategies.

5+ years of experience as project manager directly responsible for scheduling, project reporting, and client outcomes. Responsible for managing the delivery of key tasks and services from a larger team of engineers, business/data analysis, and other team members.
